I've spent over a decade in the smart product and IoT industry — working with world-class brands to bring connected consumer electronics from concept to production. I've led product commercialization across multiple markets, managing the full lifecycle from chipset selection and technical architecture to factory coordination and production readiness.

What I learned along the way: the biggest risk in building smart products isn't the factory — it's the decisions you make before you ever talk to one. Choosing the wrong platform, underestimating cloud and software costs, picking a supplier based on a badge rather than capability — these mistakes compound fast.

That's why I do what I do now. I work with brands to de-risk the technical side of their product journey — so they can focus on what they do best: understanding their market and their customer.
